BFF Personal Trainers are nationally accredited and excited to work one-on-one or with a small group to reach individualized goals. During a session trainers will utilize body weight exercises, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, or weighted balls as well as various exercise machines to accomplish a full-body or focused workout. Each session includes warm up and cool down with various stretches specified to your body. The first session will include discussion of goals along with an assessment and start up exercises. Trainers will take you through stability, endurance, and strength to meet any goals from weight loss to weight maintenance to improved strength or balance.
