Growing up around the fitness industry, health and fitness have always been of interest but my passion for physical wellness has continued to expand and increase. I am currently attending Graduate school at The Ohio State University for Dietetics, recently completed my 100 hours yoga teacher training, and received my certification for Personal Training with NASM in 2015. I am most excited to empower people through the practice of yoga and give them the opportunity to discover strength, balance, and flexibility they might not have realized they could reach.
Jennifer teaches our Yoga classes and will be sure to challenge as well as bring you to a state of total relaxation in every class. She suggests modifications for each pose so that you will be able to find what works for your body on any given day. We hope to see you in a class soon! Namaste

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I love the variety from teaching classes, training small groups, training individuals and coaching someone through their barriers to reach their goals.
